We look to pass every customer's car, so if it fails the test we provide a free re-test within 10 days. If your car is in need of repairs for it to pass the test, we can also recommend reliable nearby garages to ensure that you can keep your car on the road.
What does the M.O.T test involve?
The M.O.T test will check your car for basic safety and environmental standards, including:
- Body or vehicle structure and general items
- Fuel system
- Exhaust emissions
- Exhaust system
- Seat belts
- Tyres and wheels
- Registration plates
- Lights
- Bonnet
- Wipers and washers
- Windscreen
- Horn
- Steering and suspension
- The vehicle identification number (VIN)
